Attorney, Daniel Martinez, is a graduate of UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. He was Admitted to State Bar of Nevada and U.S. District Court of Southern Nevada, and is a Member of both Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Carol Garrity
Paralegal Carol Garrity, assigned to the criminal department, preparing legal pleadings, reviewing cases and sealing of records. Carol has over 26 years of experience in all Clark county courts, 10 years experience in criminal law and over 20 years experience in family law. including time as a judicial executive assistant to a family court judge and has also been office manager in several law firms during the time. Carol also has experience in corporations, business law, probates, wills & civil litigation. carol moved to Las Vegas from Steubenville, Ohio after completing business college and enjoys her involvement in her church, traveling, movies & reading.
Erika Sanchez
Erika Sanchez, Rejoined the firm in 2009. Born in California, raised in Las Vegas graduated from Chaparral High School 2001 and pursed a career in the legal field. She is also trained in other areas of law such as Personal Injury and Bankruptcy. She is currently assigned to handle the Criminal department.
